At WorkersFirst Healthcare, we know how important it is that you have control over your personal information. If you wish to permanently delete your WorkersFirst account, you can request to do so here. Please keep in mind that:

  • Once your account is deleted you will not be able to access past shifts information you have worked on or posted.

  • You will not be able to accept or reject shifts.

  • If you want to see or accept shifts again you will need to create a new account.

  • Certain records and information may be retained in order to comply with Canadian Government authorities in the event of an audit which requires WorkersFirst healthcare to provide evidence that you are a credentialed healthcare professional and have passed background check and screening requirements prior to completing a shift at a workplace through WorkersFirst Healthcare.
