Professional, site-specific orientation videos for a select number of homes. Each video is tailored to your home’s layout, processes, expectations and culture, helping staff feel prepared before their first shift.
Homes that have completed a video found them valuable for new staff orientation, onboarding, and refreshers for existing staff.
Participation is fully funded through a provincial initiative, so there is no cost to your home.
